Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks a Workforce Management and Strategy Manager to ensure WFM configurations align with labor standards and local market needs. The role requires regular store visits to gain frontline insights and close collaboration with global stakeholders.

You will drive governance of workforce planning, analyze labor data for trends, and lead change-management initiatives to boost productivity and profitability across responsible markets.

Qualifications

• Experience with WFM systems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own WFM configurations, labor standards and scheduling rules across markets.
• Partner with P&D, Legal, Local, APAC Regional and global stakeholders to ensure compliance and system integrity.
• Drive adoption and change management for WFM usage and engagement.
• Lead workforce strategies to improve labor productivity and 4-wall profitability.
• Own workforce planning governance and store org structure optimization.
• Analyze labor, payroll, and operations data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support WFM and workforce transformation initiatives including optimized scheduling and KPI programs.
• Facilitate cross-functional project delivery with strong coordination and follow-through.
• Monitor and deliver against WFM KPIs to improve productivity and cost control.
