Qualifications

7+ years of IT, HR tech, retail systems, or enterprise delivery experience.
5+ years hands-on with Workforce Management platforms (UKG/Zebra) preferred.
Experience managing multi-country application support and regional delivery.
Strong integration experience with HRIS, payroll, and POS systems.
Proven ability to coordinate with global stakeholders in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

Manage WFM platform operations, support, enhancements, and project delivery per roadmap.
Lead regional readiness, data/integration coordination, testing and deployment planning for WFM upgrades.
Coordinate incident, change, and release management to ensure stability and continuity.
Gather requirements from HR/Payroll/IT stakeholders and translate to practical WFM solutions.
Maintain documentation, standards, and knowledge materials for sustainable operations.
Oversee vendor and SI activities, ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Monitor metrics and provide status updates to WFM leadership.
