Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in Hong Kong is seeking an analyst to support Global Transportation Development, focusing on freight bid analysis, cost-lead time balancing, and partner relationship management on a global scale.

You will help develop and implement global transport initiatives, review processes, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain with exposure to AI-based transportation solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years logistics and freight forwarding experience.
• Experience in using AI technology in transportation and freight industry.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (oral and written).
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with compliance mindset.
• Able to work cross-functionally in a complex multinational organization.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support global freight tender processes (ocean, air, small parcel) and bid data preparation.
• Maintain and govern freight rate structures and surcharges.
• Co-lead researching and executing supply chain initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Prepare regular KPI reports and performance dashboards for service providers.
• Monitor ongoing performance of initiatives and processes.
• Support transport initiatives and other supply chain projects for continuous improvement.
• Identify improvement/savings opportunities.
