Prime Cellar (H.K.) Limited is seeking a proactive Webstore Operations & Administration Officer to oversee daily online shop operations and provide admin support for wholesale and retail activities. You will handle order processing, inquiries, invoicing, and inventory records to ensure smooth business processes and excellent customer service.

The role requires strong organization, independence, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Independent, mature and responsible.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills under pressure.
• Experience in customer service or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
• Manage daily operations of the online shop, including order processing and after-sales service.
• Upload and maintain product listings on the online shopping platform.
• Issue invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate order deliveries with customers and logistics partners.
• Perform inventory control, monitor stock movement, and maintain precise records.
• Prepare purchase, inventory, and other operational reports as required.
• Support marketing activities.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
