Socrates Global is seeking a practical Marketing Specialist to handle day-to-day promotion and visibility of our Web3 products. This hands-on role focuses on content creation, community engagement, and channel management without senior planning responsibility.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in marketing, are comfortable with social media and basic campaigns, and stay curious about crypto trends. You will work closely with product and community teams to keep messaging consistent.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing, community management, or content promotion experience.
• Familiar with social media operations and basic content creation; able to post and engage daily.
• Genuine interest in Web3, crypto, or blockchain and willingness to learn about products and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily promotion of company products, including content creation and visibility optimization.
• Manage and keep active main social and community channels (X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc.).
• Create simple promotional materials (copy, short posts, basic visuals) to boost awareness.
• Run routine exposure activities: posting, community engagement, and basic campaigns or collaborations.
• Track basic promotion metrics (reach, engagement, traffic) and adjust execution based on results.
• Support simple partnerships or KOL/community features to expand product reach.
• Coordinate with product and community teams to ensure consistent messaging.
