Socrates Global is seeking a practical Marketing Specialist to handle day-to-day promotion and visibility of our Web3 products. This hands-on role focuses on content creation, community engagement, and channel management without senior planning responsibility.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in marketing, are comfortable with social media and basic campaigns, and stay curious about crypto trends. You will work closely with product and community teams to keep messaging consistent.

We are looking for a practical and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to handle the day-to-day promotion and visibility of our company products. This is a hands-on role focused on consistent content creation, community engagement, and channel management to increase product exposure. It is not a senior or strategy-heavy position - no team management or high-level campaign planning required. Ideal for someone with basic marketing experience who is interested in the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily promotion of company products, including content creation, publishing, and visibility optimization
• Manage and keep active our main social and community channels (e.g. X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and other relevant platforms)
• Create simple yet effective promotional materials (copy, short posts, basic visuals) to boost product awareness
• Run routine exposure activities such as regular posting, community engagement, and basic campaigns or collaborations
• Track basic promotion metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, etc.) and adjust daily execution based on results
• Support simple partnerships or KOL/community features to expand product reach
• Coordinate with product and community teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging
• Complete other day-to-day marketing and promotion tasks as needed

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, community management, or content promotion (Web3, crypto, blockchain, or NFT experience is a plus but not required)
• Familiar with social media operations and basic content creation; able to independently handle daily posts and engagement
• Basic understanding of and genuine interest in the Web3 industry; willing to continuously learn about products and market trends
• Strong execution ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to complete daily tasks on time with a touch of creativity
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving industry and proactively staying updated on product and market developments
