Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking a talented Community Manager to lead social media and community initiatives in the Web3 and Crypto space. The role requires a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends to drive brand awareness and engagement.

The ideal candidate will develop strategies, create compelling content, and manage communities across platforms such as Twitter and Discord.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Proven work experience in social media operations management and online marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and community strategy aligned with goals.
Research and stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms.
Identify audience behaviours and tailor content accordingly.
Set clear social media objectives and KPIs, and track performance metrics.
Create and schedule engaging content calendars across platforms.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality content.
Moderate and engage with the audience through comments and messages.
Stay updated with platform changes and advertising opportunities to maximize reach.
