Job summary

The Group is seeking a dynamic PR & Marketing Lead to head the organization’s brand, marketing, and communications strategies. Reporting to the CEO, you will elevate the brand across multiple touchpoints and oversee a cross-regional team of 4 professionals in Hong Kong and China.

This in-house role focuses on expanding brand presence in Web3, MarTech, and lifestyle sectors, while driving content, media relations, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in PR, marketing, or branding, preferably in technology, luxury, or consumer retail sectors
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (native or equivalent)
• Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage and building strong media relationships
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of marketing and PR professionals
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and content management platforms
• Strategic mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute data-driven brand-building plans
• International vision and exposure to global business dynamics
• Candidates based in Hong Kong or Singapore; part-time employment considered

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s digital ecosystem (website, LinkedIn, social media, owned media)
• Develop and execute cross-channel content strategies to boost brand visibility and thought leadership
• Secure high-profile speaking opportunities for senior management at conferences and events
• Pitch and secure media coverage, interviews, and thought leadership placements
• Identify and engage with industry associations, business networks, and communities (Web3, fintech, luxury, retail)
• Lead and mentor a team of 4 marketing and PR professionals (2 in China, 2 in Hong Kong)
• Monitor and analyze marketing/PR performance and provide data-driven recommendations
• Uphold and strengthen brand image, DNA, and values across activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing/PR with business objectives
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in PR/marketing
