Job summary

CLSA is seeking a product/project delivery professional to own end-to-end mobile and web app initiatives for wealth management. You will define requirements, roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders, UX/UI, and development teams in a hybrid work setting.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, ensure governance, and contribute to technical design, CI/CD, and testing processes while aligning with regulatory standards. Fluent English and Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• 5-10 years’ experience in technology delivery within securities, trading, or wealth management domains, combining product/project management with technical collaboration.
• Able to independently produce detailed product workflows and requirement documents; proficient in Visio, Axure, or Mockplus, capable of producing complete PRDs and interactive prototypes.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Define application strategy and roadmap aligned with Wealth Management business goals and compliance requirements.
• Conduct user demand analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking to drive product iteration and improve user experience.
• Create detailed requirements documents, PRDs, and interactive prototypes for core features (market data, trading, investment products, account services, news/research).
• Track post-implementation KPIs and monitor user feedback; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
