Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd invites an Associate, CMPS Product Management, Wealth Solutions to join the Wealth Management team in Hong Kong. You will develop and manage Equity and Virtual Asset products for Retail Banking clients, aligning product strategies with the bank’s wealth objectives and investment offerings.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in product management, and strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of product management experience leading initiatives.
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of risk governance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for Equity and Virtual Asset products.
• Oversee full lifecycle management of Retail Banking investment offerings.
• Track KPIs and drive initiatives to increase revenue, AUM and customer growth.
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations to enhance trading platform stability.
• Communicate market insights and product updates to frontline teams and clients.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance across platforms.
