Job summary

CLSA seeks an experienced Wealth Management transformation leader to optimize the entire value chain—from front office to operations and technology—across global markets. You will drive end-to-end redesigns, partner with senior leadership on the roadmap, and ensure compliant, efficient operations with strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 8+ years in WM, deep process and platform knowledge, and a track record of large-scale change, including digital acceleration and workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in Wealth Management, ideally multi-market.
• Strong knowledge of WM processes (onboarding, KYC, custody, settlements).
• Proven track record leading transformation or large-scale improvements.
• Experience with digital acceleration and platform modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end review, redesign, and optimization of WM processes across Front/Middle/Back Office.
• Develop strategies to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
• Partner with senior leadership to define transformation roadmap and KPIs.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of changes.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to support goals.
