Zusammenfassung

CLSA is seeking a capable Wealth Management Product Operations professional to support day-to-day operations, data governance, reporting, and process improvements across the product platform. You will work with Product, Front Office, Operations and Technology to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient product management.

The role requires 3-8 years of relevant experience and a strong grasp of wealth management products, with excellent English and Chinese communication

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder with 3-8 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management Product Operations or related areas.
• Solid understanding of wealth management products including bonds, funds, structured products, and wealth planning solutions.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in product data management, reconciliation, and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; VBA/SAS/SQL/Power BI or other automation tools are an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese/Mandarin/fluent English a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations and maintain the product database for wealth management offerings across systems.
• Prepare product transaction data and management reports to support decision-making and growth.
• Maintain accurate records for wealth planning products and referrals; monitor service utilization by other lines.
• Identify bottlenecks and control gaps; recommend enhancements or automation.
• Collaborate with technology to implement system enhancements and improve data quality and workflows.
• Manage invoicing and revenue recognition processes, including reconciliations and reporting support.
• Serve as liaison between business, operations, technology and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare daily trade reports and support regulatory reporting; ensure compliance with policies.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.
