Job summary

CLSA Wealth Management is hiring an experienced business manager to support the COO with financial analysis, operational support and project management.

The role requires leading multiple projects, coordinating with senior stakeholders across countries, and translating data requests into actionable extracts. You will collaborate with Risk, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Operations to ensure compliant governance and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 5 years of project management experience in wealth management or related area.
• Strong communication skills with management across countries.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua) with translation capabilities.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of projects and strategic priorities for wealth management.
• Liaise with senior representatives from different countries to translate data requests into extracts.
• Understand operations roadmap, product development, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Risk, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Operations to ensure compliant operations.
• Support governance and reporting, including preparing presentations for Senior Management.
• Review day-to-day reporting for accuracy and investigate anomalies.
• Prepare ad-hoc data extracts and reports as needed.
