Job summary

CCB International (Holdings) Limited is seeking a senior professional to act as the main liaison across Wealth Management Sales, Fintech, product/solutions, and operations. You will optimize mobile app functionality using client feedback and industry best practices.

The role includes supporting product marketing for the mobile app, managing content and promotional campaigns, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a smooth client experience while aligning with SFC and internal rules.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fintech, Management, Marketing or related field.
7 years of relevant WM/PB experience.
Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Mandarin language proficiency.
Proactive and client-centric in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

Act as key liaison between WM Sales team, Fintech team, Product and solution team and Operations team.
Optimize mobile App functionality based on client feedback and industry best practices.
Support product marketing on mobile App including content management and promotion campaigns.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth client experience.
Enhance service quality while in line with SFC and internal regulations.
