Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relationship management experience in retail banking or wealth management.
• HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3, 5 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management & Sales: manage and grow an assigned affluent client portfolio, achieve revenue, AUM and product sales targets.
• Financial Advisory & Cross-Selling: provide comprehensive wealth planning and structured solutions including investments, bancassurance, FX and lending.
• Client Acquisition: recruit new HNWI clients via referrals, branch walk-ins and networking.
• Risk & Compliance: adhere to AML and HKMA/SFC guidelines and internal risk controls.
