Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is seeking a seasoned relationship manager to manage client portfolios and provide advisory services for high-net-worth clients in Hong Kong. The role focuses on cross-selling wealth management products, maintaining strong client relationships, and timely execution of transactions.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business, at least 4 years in retail private banking, and relevant qualifications (IIQE/HKSI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of retail/private banking or relevant experience.
• Experience serving high-net-worth clients is an advantage.
• IIQE and HKSI qualifications are a must; CPWP is an advantage.
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint); fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Achieve business targets assigned by management.
• Manage customers' portfolio by advisory service and execute trading orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell bank products.
• Sell/investment/FX/securities products for underwriting activities.
• Maintain cordial relationships with existing and potential clients through visits and events.
• Monitor daily performance and activities of clients’ accounts.
• Analyze client portfolios for risk management and creditworthiness.
• Generate net interest income through credit facilities negotiations.
• Prepare call reports and monthly credit/business development updates.
