Classify HR Solutions Limited is recruiting for a customer service role in our banking branch network in Hong Kong. You will provide quality service to retail customers, identify needs, and promote suitable banking products.

Candidates with a university or HKCEE/HKDSE, 1 year back-office banking experience, and relevant qualifications are welcome. Strong communication in English and Chinese, and adaptability to Agile environments are preferred.

Formación

• University degree or Associate degree holders.
• HKCEE or HKDSE holders.
• Minimum 1 year back-office experience in banking industry.
• 2 years from any industry will also be considered.
• IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 and HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 preferred.
• Strong service and sales orientation with good communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to handle complex interactions.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and continually learn.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality customer service to our retail customers in branch network.
• Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions.
• Participate in promotional campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Maintain awareness of operational risks and adhere to relevant policies and guidelines.
