Charterhouse Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Office Manager / Operations Manager to oversee office administration, client onboarding support, marketing coordination, and general operations within a fast-growing wealth management firm serving HNW and UHNW clients in Hong Kong.

This role offers broad exposure across client servicing, administration, and business support, with opportunities to organize client events, coordinate with external agencies, and contribute to the firm's entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• Degree holder or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in office management, operations, administration, client services, or business support.
• Experience in wealth management or professional services is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a lean team.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth business operations.
• Oversee office administration, facilities management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Support client onboarding processes, documentation, account opening, and filing.
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with document management.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies on promotional materials and branding.
• Organize client events, seminars, and internal activities.
• Provide operational support to senior management and client-facing teams.
• Support business projects and ad hoc initiatives.
