Charterhouse Limited, a fast-growing independent wealth management firm serving HNW and UHNW clients, seeks an Office Manager / Operations Manager to oversee office administration, client onboarding support, and marketing coordination.

You will manage the day-to-day operations, liaise with vendors, support events, and provide essential support to senior management and client teams in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in office management, operations, or admin.
• Experience in wealth management or professional services advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth business operations.
• Oversee office administration, facilities management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Support client onboarding processes, documentation, account opening, and filing requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with document management.
• Liaise with external advertising and marketing agencies on promotional materials and corporate branding initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and vendors on corporate gifts, souvenirs, events, and related projects.
• Provide operational and administrative support to senior management and client-facing teams.
• Assist in organizing client events, seminars, and internal activities.
• Support business projects and ad hoc initiatives as required.
