Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a relationship manager to support the Senior Banker in Hong Kong. You will maintain client relationships, respond to inquiries, and oversee day-to-day account operations while coordinating information and preparing pitch books.

You will work with the Senior Banker to facilitate wealth management services, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions across asset classes. Expect collaboration with investors, regular market updates, and portfolio reviews to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of work experience in business development or relationship management.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and internal partners to drive the sales agenda.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leverage to the Senior Banker on client priorities, including relationship maintenance and handling client inquiries.
• Support the Senior Banker throughout the sales cycle and client management, preparing pitch books and coordinating information.
• Partner with the Senior Banker to facilitate wealth management services and identify opportunities.
• Work with Investors to propose and deliver client solutions and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide market updates, portfolio reviews, and investment commentary to clients.
• Prepare presentations and distribute promotional materials on request.
• Track clients, AUM, and revenues using internal systems and ensure account performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet compliance and due‑diligence requirements.
