Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate to support the Wealth Advisory Team and clients of the Private Bank. You will help manage trust structures, prepare client materials, and coordinate with ITS and fiduciary officers.

The role requires at least 5 years in a private bank, law firm, or trust setting. Proficiency in MS Office and independent work style are essential, with a strong interest in learning alongside Wealth Advisors.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a private bank or trust company, or in a law firm.
• Prior working experience as Paralegal, trust administration, trust officer, trust administrator or accountant will be an added advantage
• General understanding of wealth planning and advisory matters for individuals and families
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications; adaptive to new systems and technologies
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team environment
• Keen interest to learn and grow in the role, with the Wealth Advisors in the team

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventories of existing trust structures and manage team records and templates.
• Prepare client-ready presentations and marketing materials, including Chinese versions.
• Track caseloads and deliver pipeline & activity reports per control & compliance requirements.
• Support Wealth Advisor–led client events with logistics and materials.
• Liaise with International Trust Services for new trust onboarding and related documents.
• Maintain regular touchpoints with Wealth Advisors on complex matters.
• Support restructurings and trust reviews; coordinate follow-ups with fiduciary officers and external counsel.
• Address advisor queries on internal policies and planning matters; provide day-to-day support.
