Job summary

PeopleSearch Limited seeks client relationship professionals to join regional banks in Hong Kong. You will build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients to grow Assets Under Management and portfolio revenue.

You will assess client needs, offering tailored wealth solutions across investment and insurance products, while collaborating with Commercial Banking, Treasury, and Global Markets to maximize cross-selling and meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• University degree required; HKSI (Papers 1, 7, 8) or IIQE (Papers 1, 2, 3, 5) licenses.
• At least 2 years experience in retail or private banking.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail banking, investment, insurance, and structured products.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with HNW clients to grow AUM and overall portfolio revenue.
• Assess the financial needs of existing and prospective clients, offering customized wealth solutions covering Investment & Insurance products and tailored banking services.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Commercial Banking, Treasury, Global Markets) to maximize cross-selling opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain strict adherence to internal bank policies, HKMA regulatory requirements, and AML/KYC standards.
