Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong seeks an UHNW Client Advisor, Associate to support and manage all aspects of client relationships within the team. You will understand clients' wealth objectives and investment requirements, collaborating with specialists to provide high-quality service and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will work with senior management, maintain KYC updates, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to grow assets under management while delivering tailored investment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with a minimum of five years' experience in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage all aspects of client relationships across the team; develop and maintain long-term relationships through professional and personal networks and contacts.
• Operate in both banker and investor capacity, and handle/coordinate with various teams on both overall account inquiries/maintenance as well as on investment-related aspects.
• Articulate and deliver strategic messages to the portfolio, prepare presentations and proposals, and take both solicited and unsolicited orders in all asset classes; update clients regularly on markets, portfolio performance, investment opportunities, and risks.
• Partner with the client including updating Know Your Client (KYC) information, client suitability profile, hosting client meetings, monitoring funds/asset transfer and handling client ad-hoc queries.
• Collaborate with the other integrated team members to provide a high quality of client service.
• Keep track of clients, assets under management (AUM) and revenues using internal systems; periodically calculate account performance.
• Work together with other teams to meet all compliance, regulatory, risk management, operational and due diligence requirements and policies.
