Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months experience in wealth management or investment banking.
• A well-rounded academic background.
• Understands corporate transaction cycles and steps, and is execution oriented.
• Impeccable communication skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals, clients and stakeholders.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
• Personal integrity, initiative and leadership qualities with a positive attitude toward the role's flexibility.
• Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
• High focus on work quality and discretion handling confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in Mandarin Chinese to support Chinese-speaking clients.
• Ability to analyze business practices to identify risk and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support senior advisors in client coverage for key clients and prospects.
• Leverage global product and industry partners to assist clients in their strategy.
• Collaborate with Private Bankers to deepen client dialogue and market PB products.
• Plan, manage, and follow up on team meetings and internal events.
• Maintain, analyze, and present data for stakeholders across functions.
• Develop presentations for internal and client audiences; arrange meetings and events.
• Draft and publish communications aligned with engagement strategies.
• Assist with pitch books, meeting materials and follow-ups for meetings with clients.
• Represent 23 Wall’s interests in key decision forums.
• Input and manage the 23 Wall client database.
• Conduct research; support product development and business development efforts.
