• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years’ experience in business development or relationship management.
• Proven ability to manage client and internal partner relationships to drive sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with urgency and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leverage to Senior Banker on client priorities and oversee daily account ops.
• Support sales cycle and client management: prepare pitch books, coordinate info, respond to clients.
• Collaborate with Senior Banker to sell investments, banking, and trust services.
• Partner with Investors to propose and deliver client solutions and identify new opportunities.
• Provide market updates, portfolio reviews, and investment risk commentary to clients.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for senior bankers; distribute promotional materials.
• Track clients, AUM, and revenues using internal systems; calculate performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet compliance and due-diligence requirements.
