Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Team Lead, Warehouse in Fanling, Hong Kong. This role focuses on leading a team of storekeepers, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, and coordinating cargo movements to meet customer needs.

You will respond to inquiries with clear communication, support management in achieving targets, and contribute to reporting and process improvements. Fluency in Cantonese and English, plus proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above with 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Candidate with experience in transportation arrangement will definitely be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Fluent Cantonese; good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a team of storekeepers.
• Maintain smooth warehouse operations and cargo movement.
• Respond to customers’ enquiries with effective communication.
• Support management to meet operational targets.
• Prepare management reports for review.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and plan improvements.
• Ensure contracted suppliers comply with company quality procedures.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from management.
• Monitor service quality and asset utilisation of the warehouse.
• Evaluate and review existing procedures and warehouse operations.
