Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or degree in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• At least 3 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and overtime when required.
• Excellent service demeanor, patience and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily inbound and outbound operation including CSR and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation.
• Supervise team to meet customer KPIs.
• Monitor team performance and productivity.
• Communicate with overseas customers via regular conference calls.
• Handle client complaints, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
