Job summary

DSV is seeking a Supervisor, Operations in Contract Logistics in Hong Kong. Lead daily inbound/outbound operations, oversee warehouse tasks, and drive KPI delivery while coordinating with internal and external parties. You will supervise and motivate the team, monitor performance, and liaise with overseas customers in regular calls.

The role requires a higher diploma or degree in logistics, 3+ years in freight/logistics, and strong English/Mandarin and MS-Office skills. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarder/logistics industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Leadership and customer-oriented mindset; able to work overtime when required.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to handle daily in/outbound operations, including CSR and warehouse duties.

• Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation, including warehouse
• Supervise team members to achieve the KPIs from customers

• Communicate with overseas customer in regular conference call
• Handle the complaints from client, investigate the root cause and provide the corrective measurement

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Supply Chain/ Logistics
• 3 years related working experience in freight forwarder/logisticsindustry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership, Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required
• Excellent service manner, patience and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin
• Proficiency in Ms Word and Excel
