Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Team Lead, Warehouse for Contract Logistics to supervise a team of storekeepers and ensure smooth warehouse operations, including cargo movement and timely response to customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or above with 1–2 years of relevant experience, is fluent in Cantonese with strong English, and possesses good PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Monitor a team of storekeepers and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Maintain smooth warehouse operations and handle cargo movement.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner with effective communication.
• Support management to meet operational targets and provide timely reporting.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure contracted suppliers comply with company quality procedures.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from Management.
• Evaluate and review existing procedures and warehouse operations.

• Respond to customer's enquiries in a timely mannerwith effective communication skill
• Support management to meet operational targets
• Responsible for various reporting for management review
• Monitor subcontractor performance and develop improvement plan for rectification of performance
• Ensure contracted suppliers comply with company quality procedures
• Other ad-hoc assignments from Management
• Monitor the service quality and asset utilization of the warehouse
• Evaluate and reviewexisting procedure & warehouse operation

Job Requirements:

• Diploma orabove, with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Candidate withexperience intransportation arrangement willdefinite be an advantage
• Fluent Cantonese, good command of written & spoken English
• Good PCliteracy such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Independent , mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, detailed mind and willing to learn
