Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Hong Kong is seeking a Supervisor, Operations, Contract Logistics to lead daily inbound/outbound, CSR and warehouse operations from Tin Shui Wai. You will coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations and drive KPIs for customers.

Ideal candidates have a Higher Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, 3 years in logistics, strong English and Mandarin, and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics
• 3 years related working experience in freight forwarder/logistics
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership, Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required
• Excellent service manner, patience and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin
• Proficiency in Ms Word and Excel
