Job summary

Zetland Hall Trustees in Hong Kong seeks a friendly waiter to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, provide attentive table and bar service, and ensure clean, well-set meeting spaces while maintaining high standards of guest care.

The role requires prior hospitality experience, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Fluency in English is essential; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus, and immediate availability is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide warm and attentive service to guests.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine passion for learning.
• Good English proficiency; Cantonese or Mandarin a plus.
• Candidates possessing experience in EATS 365 platforms will be prioritized.
• Immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
