Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead strategic operations initiatives within a leading banking group. You will plan, scope, and coordinate end-to-end projects, ensuring milestones are met and ownership is clear across operational teams.

You will develop practical project plans, track timelines, and prepare concise reports and presentations for stakeholders. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree.

• Develop project plans that support banking operations and business objectives.
• Coordinate activities across operational teams to maintain progress and clear ownership.
• Track actions, timelines and deliverables, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and translate findings into implementation plans.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and presentations for informed decisions.
• Manage dependencies and address delivery issues in a timely, structured way.
• Review outcomes and recommend follow-up actions for ongoing improvement.
