Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager - IT to coordinate technology projects within the Financial Services sector in Hong Kong, supporting a leading bank in Asia. You will keep delivery plans clear and on track, and work across project activities to deliver agreed technology outcomes for the business.

The role emphasizes planning, milestone tracking, risk and stakeholder management, and delivering clear updates to senior management.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience within banking or financial services.
• Experience delivering projects in Payments, Loans/Lending, Credit Cards, Brokerage/Wwealth Management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, project governance, and delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders including business users, technology teams, operations, and vendors.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience preparing project status reports and presenting to senior management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate technology project activities to support agreed business outcomes.
• Maintain project plans, milestones and delivery schedules for clear progress visibility.
• Track actions, dependencies and deliverables to keep work moving against timelines.
• Prepare clear project updates for relevant stakeholders and record key decisions.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up actions to maintain alignment across workstreams.
• Monitor progress and raise delivery issues through appropriate channels.
• Support the preparation of project documentation to maintain accurate project records.
