Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end banking technology initiatives. You will coordinate with business users, operations, technology teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing RAID logs, budgets, risks, and governance; driving UAT, production releases, and risk controls; and reporting to the Programme Manager and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT Project Management experience within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience delivering projects across payments, lending, or wealth domains.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, governance and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across banking technology initiatives, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Partner with business users, operations teams, technology teams, and external vendors to drive project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation.
• Monitor project scope, budget, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate business requirement workshops, solution discussions, testing activities, and deployment planning.
• Drive UAT, production release activities, and change management processes.
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to the Programme Manager and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
