Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience delivering business or technology initiatives.
• Experience managing solution implementation projects involving custom-built and packaged solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects involving both customized and packaged solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and issue resolution.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting and change management processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and manage client expectations.
• Prepare and present project updates, progress reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Drive project execution in a fast-paced environment and support continuous improvement.
