Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a VP-level Software Developer to join the Global Rates Technology team, designing and building applications for Global Linear Rates and FXEM. You will be a core member of the FXEM Funding Project team, delivering intraday and end-of-day funding views and supporting critical business workflows globally.

You will collaborate with traders, strats, operations, and technology teams to shape strategic platforms, ensure high performance, and provide ongoing production support

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Experience across requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ability to lead multiple functions or junior staff and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with product leads across technology to discuss improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain front-office applications for Global Linear Rates and FXEM trading.
• Lead architecture and implementation of the Global FXEM Funding platform.
• Deliver scalable and reliable solutions for real-time and end-of-day processes.
• Collaborate with strats, traders, operations, and tech teams to gather requirements.
• Enhance system performance, resiliency, and operational stability for mission-critical trading platforms.
• Provide production support and drive timely issue resolution.
