Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a VP-level Software Developer to join the Global Rates Technology team. You will design, develop and support applications serving Global Linear Rates and FXEM businesses, focusing on funding platform deliverables and intraday/end-of-day views.

You will collaborate with product leads, traders, strats and operations across regions to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with standards and fast-paced front-office demands.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years' relevant experience in software development and front-office systems.
• Experience across requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-office applications for Global Rates and FXEM.
• Lead and contribute to the architecture and implementation of the Global FXEM Funding platform.
• Deliver scalable, reliable solutions for real-time and end-of-day processes.
• Partner with strats, traders, operations and tech to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Improve performance, resiliency and stability of mission-critical trading platforms.
• Provide production support and timely resolution of issues.
