Job summary

SDIC Securities International Financial Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Vice President/Senior Vice President of Human Resources to lead payroll, benefits, recruitment, visa management, and HR analytics. The role partners with external agencies and internal management to ensure accurate HR operations and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee staff records, organize ESG activities, support orientation programs, and contribute to HRIS projects while handling ad hoc HR initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Commerce, or Business, preferably major in Human Resources Management.
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and HR related legislations.
• Minimum 5 years HR-related experience, preferably in Banking & Financial Services industry.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Have good oral and written skills in Chinese and English, especially Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll activities and liaise with external parties regarding tax issues.
• Coordinate with external parties for staff benefit administration, including Group Insurance and MPF.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Manage visa applications for new employees and renewals as necessary.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for management decision-making.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases including payroll, leave, attendance, and staff movements.
• Organize staff activities including ESG volunteer work, service awards, and new staff orientation.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to management and HR manager.
• Participate in HRIS enhancement projects and perform UAT.
• Assist with ad hoc HR projects as required.
