Qualifications

• 10+ years in general insurance, preferably underwriting.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, flexible.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients including renewals.
• Address daily client inquiries and provide insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams.
• Coordinate Marsh network offices and ensure service standards are met.
• Oversee account profitability, budget and receivables.
• Coach team members to deliver timely customer service.

VP - Multinational Clients Global Program Experience Highly Preferred

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

We will count on you to:

Manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients, including insurance program renewal and daily client inquiries

Understand clients’ risk exposures and implement Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions and expand current client portfolio with new products, advisory services and other MMC services

Work with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on insurance renewals and solutions

Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issues

Coordination of Marsh network offices and ensure local service standards/goals are delivered

Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivables

Responsible for implementation of the Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accounts.

Coaching other team members to deliver timely and focused customer service

What you need to have:

Bachelor degree holder in insurance, risk management or any relevant field

IIQE or ANZIIF qualification is required

10+ work experience in general insurance preferably underwriting background

Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, dedicated and flexible

Diligent and organized, good time management and efficient

Proficient in the use of the computer including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
