Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong seeks an experienced Life Insurance Product Leader to drive development, proposition and strategy across protection, health, savings, retirement and legacy solutions.

The role emphasizes market research, product design, end-to-end approvals, stakeholder engagement and people leadership within a fast-paced HK market. 8+ years in life insurance product development is preferred, with strong English and Chinese skills; Mainland exposure is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• 8+ years of life insurance experience in product development/management
• Strong understanding of HK insurance products, customer needs, and sales processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and optimize resources
• Strong written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin

Responsabilidades

• Market research & product proposition across HK and Mainland markets
• Product development & management, end-to-end delivery and SME across initiatives
• Channel communication of product propositions and selling points across channels
• Support development of forward-looking product strategy and roadmap
• People management: coach and develop team members
