Yue Xiu Securities Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional in Hong Kong to develop and maintain strategic relationships with large clients.

You will lead dialogues, coordinate cross-functional teams from research, trading and operations, and drive tailored solutions, events, onboarding, and compliance to support sustainable growth and client engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of institutional sales experience in securities.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite; prepare high-quality client presentations and reports.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication, negotiation and client relationship management capabilities.
• Leadership skills to coach junior team members and work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with institutional clients.
• Lead client dialogue and commercial negotiations; align cross-functional resources from research, trading and operations teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Promote and execute company-sponsored investor events to enhance firm market exposure and strengthen client engagement.
• Coordinate client roadshows, conference calls and analyst briefing sessions; collect client feedback to optimise the client service framework.
• Oversee end-to-end client onboarding procedures and regulatory compliance for account openings.
• Monitor market trends, prepare regular business analyses and reports to support management decisions.
