Be Myjob Company Limited is seeking an experienced Institutional Sales/Research professional to expand our client base among fund houses and institutional investors in Mainland China and Hong Kong. The role requires strong sales acumen and market knowledge.

You will manage major institutional accounts, advise on investments, and collaborate with back-office and other departments. Mandarin fluency is essential; English is required, Cantonese a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; professional qualifications are advantageous.
• SFC License Representative for Type 1 & 4 or eligible.
• Minimum 3 years in institutional sales/research or related fields.
• Native or fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in English required; Cantonese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand the institutional client base in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
• Complete all sales tasks for the company, including IPOs and secondary market placements.
• Drive business development for secondary market trading among institutional clients.
• Provide professional investment advice and research products to institutional investors.
• Manage accounts and deliver sales services to major institutional clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal business departments and the back office.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Current holder or eligible to become an SFC License Representative for Type 1 & 4 regulated activities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in institutional sales/research or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in capital market activities.
• Excellent sales and communication skills, with attention to detail and a task-oriented approach.
• Highly self-motivated team player who can work under pressure.
• Native or fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in English is required, and Cantonese is a plus.
