Job summary

Yue Xiu Securities Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional in Hong Kong to develop and maintain strategic relationships with large clients.

You will lead dialogues, coordinate cross-functional teams from research, trading and operations, and drive tailored solutions, events, onboarding, and compliance to support sustainable growth and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of institutional sales experience in securities.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite; prepare high-quality client presentations and reports.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication, negotiation and client relationship management capabilities.
• Leadership skills to coach junior team members and work under pressure.

Oversee end-to-end client onboarding procedures and relevant compliance arrangements, ensure all client-facing activities comply with regulatory rules and internal policies to deliver efficient and smooth account opening outcomes.

Monitor market trends, prepare regular business analysis and reports to support management's strategic decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of institutional sales experience in the securities industry, with a proven track record of institutional client development and maintenance.

Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; good Mandarin proficiency is required.

Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite, able to prepare high-quality client presentation and business reports.

Outstanding interpersonal communication, negotiation and client relationship management capabilities.

Leadership skills to coach junior team members and able to work under pressure.
