Hex Trust is seeking a Senior Originator in Hong Kong to lead the institutional financing operations. You will manage and grow our lending book, establishing relationships with institutional borrowers and lenders while structuring financing transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in institutional financing, securities lending, or crypto lending.
• Existing network of institutional borrowers and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute institutional crypto lending transactions.
• Build and scale the lending book.
• Develop borrower relationships across various sectors.
• Work with institutional sales to enhance client relationships.
• Structure and negotiate commercial and credit terms.
• Maintain financing pipeline hygiene and CRM accuracy.
• Represent Hex Trust at industry events.
