Job summary

Aura by Hex Trust, the private wealth arm of Hex Trust, is seeking a Relationship Manager in Hong Kong. You will originate and grow a book of HNW clients and family offices on a regulated platform, delivering white-glove, full-service digital asset solutions.

You'll work closely with institutional products and senior leadership, own client relationships end-to-end, and influence product direction as we scale, with an uncapped bonus tied to revenue.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional/crypto financial services.
• Proven ability to grow AUM and manage sophisticated private clients or family office accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients, family offices, and private wealth channels.
• Cultivate partnerships with distribution partners and intermediaries to drive AUM growth.
• Lead prospect and client meetings, articulating Hex Trust's value and capturing feedback.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending.
• Collaborate with Marketing to attract and activate client base.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing relationship management with compliance, legal, and operations.
• Deliver white-glove service positioning Hex Trust as a trusted private client partner.
• KPIs: number of clients, revenue, assets on platform, net new money
