Hex Trust is seeking a Financial Reporting and Control Manager to own group reporting and the monthly close for its entities across Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. You will run the group consolidation in Workday and manage numbers for the Executive Committee, Board, auditors, and regulators.

The role requires CPA/ACCA with 3–5 years of experience, strong IFRS/HKFRS knowledge, and comfort with AI tools.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with three to five years of experience.
• Experience with group consolidation and multi-currency reporting across multiple entities.
• Familiarity with Workday or modern ERP systems and regulatory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly group close across entities and sign off results.
• Run group consolidation in Workday including intercompany eliminations and translations.
• Produce monthly Executive Committee and quarterly board reporting with clear commentary.
• Coordinate statutory audits and regulator reporting, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
• Account for digital assets, staking, and crypto trading results with proper documentation.
• Extend automation of close and reporting using AI and workflows.
