Job summary

China Merchants Securities International Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Fund Operations professional to support ETF and fund activities, ensuring timely NAV calculations and accurate asset valuation.

You will coordinate with counterparties, assist in launches, execute KYC/AML reviews, and drive automation while ensuring regulatory compliance. A strong background in Enfusion/Bloomberg AIM and English/Putonghua is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in fund operations, ETFs preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and ETF create/redeem process.
• Knowledge of ETF regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Enfusion & Bloomberg AIM; Excel VBA/Python advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of ETFs and funds, including subscription and redemption.
• Oversee NAV calculation and ensure timely, accurate fund valuation.
• Coordinate with external counterparties to resolve trade issues.
• Participate in new fund launches, UAT, and implementation support.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audit; provide required data.
• Assist in projects, business development, KYC/AML reviews, and due diligence.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve workflows and accuracy.
• Ensure operations comply with internal policies and HK SFC regulations.
