Job summary

Amethyst Partners is seeking a Vice President, Client Services in Hong Kong to lead a portfolio of hedge fund clients, ensuring premier service levels and strategic support. You will act as a relationship focal point, aligning client needs with internal fund accounting and operations capabilities, while supervising onboarding and ongoing client engagements.

The role requires deep knowledge of fund services, strong communication and influence with senior leaders, and a proactive market‑watch

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Fund Services/Fund Administration/hedge fund industry.
• Strong technical and Operations knowledge such as fund accounting etc
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence people and build strong relationships especially with senior management/business leaders
• Strong business acumen and market knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of hedge fund clients in the region and provide excellent client service to them
• Serves as relationship manager to actively understand clients’ business needs such as their fund strategies, infrastructure requirements so as to provide an all-rounded fund service solutions to them
• Collaborate with internal teams such as fund accounting, middle office, transfer agency etc to ensure the overall optimal quality of service to clients
• Work closely with other teams to assist in new client on-boarding and integrations etc
• Keep track of the market landscape and development so as to provide added-value service to clients

They provide a range of services such as hedge fund accounting, middle office operations etc to their clients. Due to expansion of business, they are looking for Vice President, Client Services and the role is based in Hong Kong.
