Job summary

The Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, Hong Kong is seeking a visionary Chief Executive to provide strategic direction and inspirational leadership to advance the Agency's mission and drive sustainable growth.

Reporting to the Executive Committee, the CEO will oversee strategic, operational, financial and people agendas, ensure governance and service quality, and build partnerships with government, donors and the community.

Qualifications

• Master degree in a related discipline, preferably in a helping profession.
• Proven senior executive leadership with track record in large organisations.
• Excellent communicator with strategic thinking and team leadership; fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

• Provide strategic direction and inspirational leadership to advance the Agency’s mission.
• Oversee strategic, operational, financial and people agendas; ensure governance and service quality.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and partnerships with government, donors, community, service users and staff.
