Job summary

You will lead development plans, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance outcomes for persons with disabilities and the communities served.

As part of the senior management team, you will set strategic directions, monitor performance, and mentor staff to maintain high standards and impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in social work or health-related discipline with post-qualification experience in frontline and senior management.
• Experience in strategic planning, staff supervision, proposal writing and funding applications.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Passion and commitment to services for persons with disabilities.
